Strategic perforations at the center back, under the arms, and across the front shoulders enhance ventilation to help regulate body temperature as intensity increases. An adjustable drawcord at the waist and bottom hem allows a personalized and secure fit, while a concealed zip chest pocket and two zip side pockets provide safe storage for essentials during training.
