Shipment Method
For all IPA Corporate Curated Gift Collections, we ship UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. UPS ground rates will be charged *except for Alaska & Hawaii shipments. IPA Corporate can use the customers UPS Account number if supplied when the order is submitted.
Each individual brand uses either UPS or FedEx. Please contact corpsales@ipa-connect.com for shipping quotes per brand.
Packaging
Bulk unless otherwise specified by customer.

IPA can expedite orders for you upon request. Additional fees will apply.

IPA is pleased to guarantee our products we offer, however, we cannot guarantee or credit products lost, spoiled or returned due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses. Please double check the confirmation proforma or sales order sent over from corpsales@ipa-connect.com.
Any garments that are embellished are not eligible for returns.
Samples can be returned within 30 days, unworn, and with all tags remaining on the items.
