Order Policy
Minimum Order Quantity Minimum quantities vary by brand and apply to all regular and customized items.
Blank Products Undecorated products for each brand are available to purchase. Minimum quantities will apply per brand.
Product Selection/Availability
Products are kept up to date to the best of our ability but are subject to change prior to shipping. A representative will contact you prior to your ship date if any changes or substitutions are required.
Product Samples
- Samples are available for most brands. Corporate pricing will apply.
- All shipping charges for samples are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Samples are non-returnable.

Proofs For most brands, digital proofs are offered at no charge. Actual proofs may be ordered, all charges for sample and proof will be at the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment
Credit card payments and wire transfers are accepted.
Tax Exemption
Sales tax is applicable for all orders unless appropriate sales tax exemption forms are provided.
Shipping
There is a standard shipping rate of $25 for all IPA Corporate orders.
Printing
Items can be screen printed or embroidered with your company logo. Please let us know upon check out if you need printing and we can set that up for you and help coordinate.
